3. lsusb Bus 001 Device 005: ID 303a:1001 Espressif USB JTAG/serial debug unit
4. connect/verbinden tippen nur beim ersten Mal oder Update Flashbautrrate einstellen
5. starten der console (links ist Boot rechts Reset)
